== Important Reservation Notes ==

- One night non-refundable deposit for each room is required at the time of reservation confirmed.
- Booking Acknowledgement will be sent you automatically after your deposit payment. Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.
- The Balance will be made directly at the hotel upon check-in either by cash or by credit card.
- Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out between 02.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of the after 04.00 p.m. will be charged at full daily rate unless specified otherwise by hotel in writing.
== Cancellation & Amendment Policy ==

- Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via fax or e-mail to e-mail: [email protected] only but they will not be guaranteed.
- Any amendment requested 3 days or less before arrival date, one room night deposit at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
- Any cancellation, one room night deposit at the time of reservation is non-refundable.
- In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.

== Early check-out policy ==

- For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, Resort reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved without valid reasons. == No-show policy ==

- In the event of no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge a free equal 100% for the entire value of the bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
